Activate and deactivate Processes

A Manual Trigger is the only Trigger that doesn't need to be activated. This is because the Trigger is only activated when a Process is manually triggered. Any other type of Trigger needs to be activated in order for it to function.

Activating the Triggers can be done by deploying to Agent Groups; selecting the Deploy and activate Triggers option or by selecting individual or multiple Processes from the Process List View and selecting Activate.

You can also select a specific Process and activate it through the Process drop-down menu.

In some cases, you have a need to deactivate a Process. For example, if there is a recurring error the Process can be deactivated for the duration of error handling. Deactivation is done similarly but selecting Deactivate instead of Activate.
