Users

Users are created automatically on their first login to the Tenant. Users can also be created manually, and the desired roles can be assigned before the user logs in for the first time. However, the user account needs to be in some AD, for example, frendsapp.com or the organization's own AD.

Users can be manually created in the User Management View under Administration by pressing the "New user" button. This will open the View like below. Here you can name the user and give them a role. You are also able to disable them from logging in by enabling the "User is locked" setting.

User may have multiple roles attached to them. If the user does not have any roles the user will not be able to do anything. Note that if a user has many roles, the rules from the roles will be combined, and any deny rules will take precedence over Allow rules. E.g. if the user has the "Administrators" role which provides access to everything, as well as the "Users" role with access to all views except user management, then the user will not have access to the user management page, even if the account has an "Administrators" role.
