How to use Text annotation

Text annotations can be added to almost every Element in a Process. They can contain a description of what an Element does, for example. To add an annotation, select the Element and hover over 'Append Text Annotation'.

How to use Groups

Group Element is used to visually illustrate a relationship between a set of Elements in a Process. It can be added from the toolbar and resized to cover a set of Elements, with a naming convention to help with readability.
