Creating Environment Variable to Environment Variable Group

If you have created a new Environment Variable Group, you will need to create the required Environment Variables within the Environment Variable Group.

When creating the Environment Variables, you should also provide a description for the Environment Variable Group.
To add a description:

  1. Click the area near "No description" to activate a text field.

  2. Type in the description.

  3. Click "Save changes".

Now, you're ready to create new Environment Variable within the Environment Variable Group.

To create a new Environment Variable:

  1. Under the Environment, click "Create New".

  2. In the pop-up, provide a name for the Environment Variable.

  3. Select the type of Environment Variable.

  4. Click "Create New."

The newly created Environment Variable will be deployed to all Environments. However, before using the Environment Variables in Process execution, you will need to set the values for each Environment.

Note: Once you have created an Environment Variable, you cannot edit the variable name.
