Building and Deploying your Process
After you have created the Process and configured all the Elements and Tasks in it, there is not much else to do. The Process is ready to use almost immediately after you press the "Save changes" button. In addition, the Process is immediately deployed to your Development Agent Group so that you can quickly test it and keep the development cycle simple.
Deploying your Process to other Agent Groups is done by clicking on the "Deploy process to Agent group" option, as shown in the screenshot below. Alternatively, you can use the checkboxes on the left side of Process names to choose multiple Processes and deploy them all at the same time.
Next, you will be presented with the following dialog.
Here you have several adjustable options for your deployment:
Choose the Agent Group where you want to deploy the Process(es).
Adjust the version(s) of Process(es) that you are about to deploy.
Set a descriptive deployment message.
Lastly, pressing "Deploy and activate Triggers" will finalize the deployment. Note that if you do not wish all Triggers to be activated right away, you can open the dropdown menu beside the "Deploy and activate Triggers" button and use the "Deploy" button instead. This will deploy the required Processes to the desired Agent Group, but it will not activate any Triggers such as HTTP endpoints, schedules, etc.
