Importing prebuild Tasks

Prebuild Tasks can be easily imported to your Frends from the Control Panel. First you have to navigate to the Tasks View to find all Tasks which are imported in your Frends. You can get to this View from Administration --> Tasks.

From the Tasks View you can find the "Search for Task" button. Click it to open the Nuget package manager.

From the Nuget package manager you can search for packages that would suit your needs. You can distinguish Frends Tasks and Community Tasks from the package name. Community Tasks contain "Community" in the name. You can also find versions of each package that are available for import. When you find a suitable package and select the package version, you can click the "Import" button to import the package.

After clicking "Import", Frends will show all Tasks in that package and their targets so you can review which Tasks will actually be imported to your Frends. You can also select if you only want to import the NuGet package to storage instead of adding Tasks to your Frends. This option is useful if you need to store a NuGet package in storage, for example if some other package requires it as a dependency. After reviewing the Tasks that will be imported you can click "Import" to start importing Tasks to your Frends. After a moment, Frends will notify that the package was imported successfully. The duration of the import depends on how many dependencies the package has to fetch.
