Business Automation Portal version 1.0.4 introduces support for Promoted Variables, allowing users to see key Process data directly in the Instance list and Instance details views.

This release also includes execution graph reliability improvements and a framework upgrade to .NET 10.

Business Automation Portal 1.0.4 requires Frends 6.2 or newer.

New Features

• Promoted Variables in Process Instance list — Process Instance list now displays Promoted Variable values as additional columns, giving users quick visibility into key Process data without opening individual Instances.

• Promoted Variables in Process Instance details — The Process Instance details view now includes a dedicated "Promoted Variables" section showing all promoted variable values for the selected instance.

Improvements

• Optimized process and tag synchronization to fetch tags in a single request instead of multiple individual calls, improving sync performance.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the execution graph was intermittently not shown when a production run was triggered.

• Fixed an issue where Process Instances of Processes created directly in the Frends Tenant were not visible to regular Portal users (Portal admins were unaffected).
