Roll back

Sometimes you wish to return to a previous version of a Process for various reasons. For example, if the new version of a Process has bugs or other problems that renders the Process ineffective, or if you want to patch an older version you first have to roll back the Process in the Development version and then proceed to deploy the updated Process to a Production Agent Group. It's usually better to roll back the Process to a working version than to try to fix the Process if the production version is constantly throwing errors.

The roll back is done by selecting a Process in the Development Environment and pressing the Switch version button via the drop-down menu.

This will open up a Switch version panel where you can select the version that you would like to switch to. Like when deploying the Process, here you can select to activate the Triggers simultaneously.

After you've done the version switch, you need to deploy the current version to the Agent Group of your choice.
